To the small band of followers i might have at this time, i am switching to Blogger. Or should i say “switching back” to Blogger (as i know some of you might remember i started out Blogger). The reason i switched to WordPress at one time was because i experienced some technical difficulties with Blogger which didn’t seem to get resolved at the time. Let’s just hope i won’t run into the same technical difficulties again. The main reason i’m switching to Blogger is because eversince i started out chess blogging i had this one really big wish, and that is to publish my games with an integrated chess viewer. And not just any viewer, but the same viewer that’s used on chessgames.com. My personal favourite 
. And just when i started thinking my wish would never come true, along came Nikolai Pilafov and made it happen. Behold…
This is not a 1st post, but a motivational new year’s chess resolution for myself;
PLAY EVERY GAME LIKE IT IS THE LAST GAME YOU WILL EVER PLAY IN YOUR LIFE.
If i remember correctly, this is actual advice given by a grandmaster to now American national master Jeffrey Ashton when asked about how to become a better player. Somehow it never left my mind. And though i tried to play my games like so in the past, i must admitt i did not do it every time. So this year, i am going to try harder.
